Very ornate, large Victorian center piece bowl/ platter with bronze figures on both sides William Lowe reproduction marked WL 1895. The bowl is porcelain/ceramic and is very colorful on the outer sides, the bronze figures are Roman/Greek style male and female, the man with a cup of wine or other liquid and the woman with an instrument in her lap, probably a lyre. The long sides are primarily blue background with flowers in beautiful design. The outer top edge of the bowl is green and the interior color is light grey earth tone. There are floral designs on the interior of the bowl.  Very beautiful and ornate piece of art that is marked 1895 The style is very beautiful and would fit into any decor and a centre piece of beauty. Just imagine this beautiful work of art at the center of your dining room table for any occasion!
